Francisco García holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the UNED. For 10 years, he worked in technological, strategic, and business consulting (at Accenture and Banco Espirito Santo). At the age of 33, he founded SmartRental Group with Fernando Rodríguez, a company he led as CEO until September 2022 when he was appointed Executive President. In 2014, he entered the world of real estate investment, helping individual and institutional investors achieve their goals. Currently, in addition to being the executive president of SmartRental Group, Fran is the director of several companies dedicated to real estate investment.

Carlos Escoda has over 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Real Estate sector. Carlos has studied Hotel Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and has an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). After gaining experience in hotel management and leading teams in hotel chains, his most recent position was as Vice President of Hotel Assets for two international hotel funds at the private bank Edmund de Rothschild. Carlos has extensive experience in hotel chains and international hotel asset management in the USA, UK, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Ilia has a broad background of over 15 years dedicated to the tourism and hospitality sector. Graduated in Tourism, he expanded his training with an Executive MBA from UNIR and in Real Estate & Hospitality from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).

After devoting his early years of experience to corporate event management, he focused his career on financial and management control, which allowed him to lead the operations department at SmartRental Group for five years. He currently holds the position of Deputy CEO, bringing a cross-cutting analytical and operational vision that encompasses all aspects of the business, enabling him to tackle challenges from different perspectives.

Pamela is an executive with extensive experience in strategy, management control, finance, business transformation, project management, systems modeling, design and implementation of operational and financial efficiencies, and senior management advisory. With international experience in global organizations across various sectors such as retail, hospitality, consulting, and others. She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a knack for understanding different business environments. In recent years, she has specialized in Corporate Governance, completing the Executive to Director Program offered by IESE.

Nuria Zamorano holds a Law degree and has completed, among other disciplines, a PDD, a Human Resources Management Program, and a Master's in Personal and Executive Coaching. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector—particularly in the hotel industry—holding leadership positions in renowned companies, and her 10-year involvement with the Madrid hotel association, she has gained a comprehensive perspective to tackle the objectives and challenges of the HR department in collaboration with the team.

Jose Maria Llosa has over 15 years of experience in the housing and hospitality sectors, currently leading the international growth of SmartRental Group. His focus is on finding adaptable and flexible housing solutions, based on his leadership in segments such as hostels, serviced apartments, hotels, and corporate apartments, as well as various housing models like senior housing, coliving, and build-to-rent developments. With an International MBA and an Advanced Program in Hospitality and Real Estate from IE Business School, Jose is deeply involved in the transformation of the global real estate market. His strengths include project identification and closure, team building, strategic growth execution, and market entry strategy development. He speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently, driving innovation and investment in the dynamic real estate industry.

Luz Egea has extensive experience in corporate law in the internet, e-commerce, start-ups, and retail sectors. She currently leads the legal team at SmartRental Group, providing strategic solutions to legal challenges. Passionate about travel, global culture, and committed to social causes, she stands out for her teamwork, adaptability to changing environments, and creativity in finding innovative and practical legal solutions. She speaks English and Spanish fluently, has a good command of French, and basic knowledge of Portuguese. Previously, she headed the legal department of Pacha Group and was a corporate lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, with experience in M&A and advising listed companies.

Borja Sanchez is a Senior Architect from UEM, with experience in different assets and specialized in the living and hotel sector. He has worked in the strategy and investment department of Aedas Homes (BTR and Senior Living) and in the BTR and Coliving department of Grupo LAR. Borja has completed the real estate management program at Instituto de Empresa (IE).

With over 13 years of experience in international marketing across the real estate, hospitality, and SaaS sectors, Marta has designed and executed 360° marketing strategies that have enabled various companies to stand out in competitive environments.

Specializing in marketing strategy, B2B and B2C marketing, branding, digital marketing, and community management, she has led teams in the execution of key projects within the industry at companies such as NH Hotel Group and trivago.

Additionally, she is fluent in German, English, and Spanish, allowing her to provide exceptional service to both clients and collaborators.

Irene Sánchez is a Tourism graduate with over 25 years of experience in the hotel sector. She completed a Master's in Hotel Management and Direction at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has 20 years of experience in Revenue Management & Reservations. She started her professional career as Reservations Manager for the Derby Hotels Group in Madrid and later became Director of Revenue & Reservations at the Ritz Hotel, where she gained further experience with the opening of the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid. Today, as the CRO of SmartRental Group, she leads the implementation of processes and structure for Revenue Management across all group properties.

Alberto has over 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Catering sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Marketing from the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as a Master's in Tourism and Catering Business Management from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). Throughout his career, he has taken on challenges in both Purchasing Management and Operations Management, gaining experience in Hotel Chains and Organized Catering Groups. Currently, he collaborates with the Madrid Chamber of Commerce as an associate professor in the Purchasing Management area.

With over 20 years in the hotel sector, Susana Sánchez brings a distinguished career in customer experience and quality management. She holds a Diploma in Business and Tourist Activities and has a Master's in Hospitality Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She has worked at Meliá Hotels International and Teleperformance in key customer service and experience roles. Since 2023, she has been leading quality at SmartRental Group, ensuring high standards across all properties.

Martin Ocampo has 16 years of experience in multinational companies, in the areas of Architecture, projects, and construction, with experience in medium and large-scale projects leading projects simultaneously in different phases.

Martin graduated as an Architect from the University of Buenos Aires and has an Executive Master's in Integrated Project Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

After gathering experience in leadership positions, he has focused on working on hospitality projects, holding positions such as Regional Director of works and projects at Minor Hotels and as Global Technical Services Agreement and Project Manager at Nômade People.

Martin has experience in leading and managing Hospitality projects in America and Europe.

Ion has more than 8 years of experience in consulting and strategic business development. Currently, he leads the technological transformation of the company, driving more digital, automated, and efficient processes. Responsible for executing the roadmap of this transformation. His background in industrial engineering, complemented by studies in business management, allows him to combine technical knowledge with a strategic vision, bringing an innovative approach to integrating technology into business processes.
