The asset manager Bestinver, owned by Acciona, has launched the 'Smart Living Properties' fund, its first real estate investment vehicle. It has a size of 150 million euros and will carry out between 10 and 15 operations in the living sector. Specifically, it will operate under a socimi structure and invest across the entire spectrum of living in the national territory, including student residences, flex living (flexible rental without long-term commitments), and senior living (housing adapted to the lifestyle and age of older people).
