Our new residence, located in a restored historical building, will open its doors in September of this year. With 400 rooms distributed over nine floors, these spaces have been designed as the perfect home away from home for students starting in September 2025.

Studio of 22 to 24 m² with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. They include a private bathroom. All our types are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, sink, microwave, and under-counter refrigerator, as well as a desk with a chair to ensure maximum comfort.

16 - 18m2

Superior Room

Rooms from 16 to 18m² with a single bed of 105 x 200 cm. They include a private bathroom. All our room types are equipped with air conditioning/heating, sink, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, as well as a desk with chair to ensure your maximum comfort.

14-16m2

Standard Room

Rooms from 14 to 16 m² with a single bed of 105 x 200 cm. They include a private bathroom. All our room types are equipped with air conditioning/heating, sink, microwave, and under-counter refrigerator, as well as a desk and chair to ensure maximum comfort.

Premium Room
