What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

What is included in the monthly rate?

The monthly rate includes accommodation, homeowners’ association services, and utility costs (internet, electricity, and water).

It also includes access to all Evoca Club activities and services, as well as exclusive access to certain areas within the complex.

Can I change the length of my stay after booking?

Yes, you may modify your reservation between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date. If you selected a non-refundable rate, cancellation fees may apply.

 

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Please check with our reception team.

We do not offer private transportation, but we will gladly help you arrange transfers wherever needed.

We offer a wide range of sports, cultural, psychomotor, mindfulness, and cognitive stimulation activities. We understand the importance of keeping both body and mind active for good health.

Are there gyms, pools, or other facilities available?

We have an outdoor pool that is open during the summer.

Additionally, there is a year-round SPA that includes a heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and other wellness services.

 

Is there medical staff or healthcare available in the complex?

Yes, we have a private clinic with various specialties, along with a 24-hour phone-based healthcare service

What happens in case of a medical emergency?

In case of emergency, you can go to the nearest public health center at Avenida Escandinavia 31, or to our on-site private clinic, HLA Gran Alacant.

What are the safety measures within the complex?

We have 24/7 video surveillance and night-time security. In case of an emergency, call +34 699 62 44 75. Emergency assistance is available 24/7.

Are pets allowed in the villas?

Yes, up to three pets are allowed, depending on the breed and size, and as long as they are properly cared for at all times. Vaccination certificates are required.

How are resident complaints or suggestions handled?

What is the policy on noise and the use of common areas?

Noise levels should be kept low, especially between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and after 9:00 PM.

Common areas must be left tidy after use.

How are payments made and what payment methods are accepted?

Rent payments are due within the first five (5) days of each month by bank transfer or direct debit. Alternatively, you may pay by credit/debit card at reception.

Cash payments are not accepted.

Water and electricity are included in the rental price. Individual meter readings are taken monthly.

Are there discounts or promotions for long-term stays?

How much notice is required if I want to end my stay?

Please notify us in writing via email at reception@evocaliving.com with at least 30 days' notice. Depending on the selected rate, early departures may be subject to cancellation fees.

Is there an inspection of the villas before departure?

Yes, a thorough inspection of the villa will be conducted. If any damage is found to the property, furniture, or accessories, the security deposit will be used to cover repair costs.
